Rules
- No smoking (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, electronic cigarettes or any narcotic) inside the suite or on the balcony. You may go to the rooftop terrace if you choose to smoke a cigarette. If odour or cigarette burns are found in the suite, the guest must cover the odour eliminating fee and/or pay for damages from the burns.
- This space is not suitable for infants or children under 12 years old.
- No pets.
- No parties or events.
- Hotel-quality beddings and towels are provided. Please keep these linens stain-free. Guest will have to cover the cost of cleaning or the replacement cost if the linens are stained.
- Return and wash dishes and cooking utensils. Keep the cooking area clean.
- Be respectful to your neighbours. Quiet time after 10:00 P.M.
- Check-in after 3:00 P.M. & Checkout by 11:00 A.M. Please plan your transfer accordingly.
Checking Out
- Check out on time.
- Leave all linens on the bed and place dirty towels in the laundry basket.
- Turn off all the air conditioners.
- Log out your entertainment accounts from the TV.
- Leave the safe box door open, make sure you are not leaving anything behind.
- Leave the bedroom key on the counter top, lock the main door using the keyless lock.
- Take out all trash to the front of the building.
